Chief Energy Efficiency Officer
We’re seeking a a rare blend of strategist, systems designer, culture-builder, and efficiency enthusiast to lead the internal “architecture” of the firm: our workflows, standards, tools, team systems, and operational cadence.
The Chief Process Officer is the person who ensures that creativity isn’t slowed down by chaos. You’ll turn good ideas into repeatable, scalable systems — without sacrificing artistry or soul.
This role sits at the intersection of design excellence and operational excellence. You’ll partner directly with leadership and studio teams to streamline production and strengthen quality control.
Chief Process Officer
We’re seeking a junior designer and production captain someone who sees design as an experience—not just a deliverable.
Creative Development
Produce moodboards, concept presentations, palette explorations, and design collages
Build compelling visual storytelling decks that excite clients and inspire the studio
Explore materials, textures, lighting, and details in a cinematic and experiential way
Develop construction details and documents.
Collaboration
Work closely with our architect to translate concept vision into design execution
Participate in creative charrettes and lead early-stage brainstorming sessions
Assist in refining design direction through schematic design and beyond
